To dissolve this program would be devastating to us all. I for one, presently over my head in debt. Not from a frivolous lifestyle but from living from day to day. I am presently unemployed, and by returning to college my hope would be to find better employment suited for me. I have seen a transformation in my son since my returning to college. Please rethink in vetoing this bill, this program is not a hand out it is a helping hand up!!" Dear Legislator,
